Coaching Education is of the utmost importance to our organization.
SAC strives to provide all of its coaches with the resources and training necessary to help its players develop and grow.

JUNIOR TOTS / TECH TRAINING COACHES
The Junior Tots and Junior Technical Training programs are lead by experienced, paid SAC coaches. Each coach is given specific instructions and lesson plans for their class. All activities are age-appropriate and designed to create a fun soccer experience. If you have questions about either program, please contact Program Director, Evgeney Yarosh.

JUNIOR ACADEMY COACHES
Junior Academy teams have 2 or 3 volunteer coaches per team of 10 players.
Parents are encouraged to volunteer and participate! No experience needed.
All coaches receive training plans and support from SAC.
SAC conducts background checks on all coaches.
Each team receives cones, pinnies and soccer balls.
Coaches receive a club polo to wear to their sessions.
Fun, age appropriate training plans and videos are provided.
